See the List of ethics protocol documents. The actual submissions are on SharePoint. The main protocol is HS21825 (J2019:002), with many amendments. The main interview guides, and most recent consent forms and survey instruments, are available on the DFM Wiki.
The University of Manitoba has now migrated to an online submission system, RAS. For technical support issues, email RAS_support@umanitoba.ca.
Derek must grant the project coordinator "Edit Access" so they can submit renewals, amendments, etc. on his behalf.
