Summary

Description

A household-level production of dried rabbitfish, locally called danggit, on Bantayan Island in Central Philippines. The rabbitfish are extensively caught in the coasts of the island where seagrass beds abound. They are processed for drying in their juvenile stage as it is preferred on the market.
