Help:Email account

The project email address is Dried.Fish.Matters@umanitoba.ca. This is a non-employee account without a defined expiry date, sponsored by Rob Parker.

Access webmail through https://outlook.office.com/mail/ using the following credentials:

• User name: dried.fish.matters@umanitoba.ca (alias DFM)
• Password: ********

This account is email-only. If configured in the Outlook desktop client, this account may interfere with the staff email/Office 365 profile and create connection and mail indexing issues. To avoid this problem, have Rob Parker add the DFM email as a secondary address linked to the staff profile.

Access to other U of M administrative systems needs to be set up through the staff email account. Systems requiring individual access include:

• FAST - Financial reporting (requires training)
• EPIC - Procurement (requires training)
• Concur - Travel bookings and claims (requires designated access)
