Geographies of dried fish

2022-03-07: @madugalappaththi1 is working on this (as reported at the editorial group meeting).

2022-02-07: Received document from Tara. She cautions:

I have gone through the framework that you have developed for the geography of fish analysis. I find it very difficult to fit the story of the complex multi-product, quasi-organised, export-oriented Gujarat story to that framework. I have compiled some information on one location that specialises in one fish - Bombay Duck - mainly for the markets in Mumbai and elsewhere.

Why, how, and to whom dried fish matters (Ben Belton, Tara Nair, Sisir Pradhan, Gayathri Lokuge, Mostafa Hossain, Anupama Adikari, and Shalika Wickrama) Brief words about the DFM project, how it came to be, why Derek saw it as important, how this understanding has changed since the inception of the project.

2022-04-13: Minor edits to the transcript

2022-03-18: The transcript still needs some editing. That can possibly be a job for our copy-editors.

2022-01-18: From ERIC -- This was originally planned as a contribution from Derek; I'm not sure if Derek will have time to write this contribution, however. As an alternative, we have the content from our WOW Open House panel.
