Terms of reference
- Three workshops (spaced approximately 6 months apart)
- Around 20 pages report on the key contributions from workshop participants.
- MAY include copies of diagrams or other documents that were collaboratively authored during the workshop
- SHOULD summarize discussion (critique) of the summary paper.
- SHOULD identify research topics for in-depth qualitative study.
