This is Sharmin Afrose. I am currently enrolled in a Master's program in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Manitoba. I have completed my graduation and masters from Jahangirnagar University in the department of anthropology. I have around 8 years of experience with the United Nations and international NGOs focusing on gender, women's empowerment, protection, and disability inclusion in development programmes and humanitarian response.
