Template to add a box containing an image (lightbulb by default) and text note.

Template parameters
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
image width	`imgwidth`	the width of the image, in pixels Default 100	Unknown	optional
image	`image`	An inline image (information icon by default) Default Information icon.svt	Unknown	optional
Text	`text`	text of the note	Unknown	required
Title	`title`	Title to be printed at the top of the message box	String	suggested
Background colour	`bgcolor`	Background colour for the info box. Use a CSS colour. Default lightblue	Unknown	optional
Border colour	`bordercolor`	Colour of the info box border. Use a CSS colour. Default royalblue	Unknown	optional
