We are pleased to highlight the participation of graduate students in the DFM project. Students are divided into groups by when they started.

First group of students

* '''Sami Farook''' (PhD student, University of Manitoba) intends undertake a trend analysis using the 2000-2016 Bangladesh household income and expenditure surveys and will lead the stacked value chain survey for Bangladesh.

The DFM students and faculty advisors held a meeting on November 20, 2021 to initiate a formal Student Group within the project. The group meets periodically to address the practical challenges of proposal writing, fieldwork, and analysis. The Student Group has proposed to organize at least one guest lecture or seminar per term.
