Please submit an invoice for the amount owing to the University of Manitoba Supplier Payment Services ([mailto:SPSInvoices@umanitoba.c SPSInvoices@umanitoba.c]a), copying the DFM email ([mailto:Dried.fish.matters@umanitoba.ca dried.fish.matters@umanitoba.ca]) . The invoice should be made out to "The University of Manitoba".

The billing address is:

Within the invoice, you must include the University of Manitoba Purchase Order number, which is a six-digit code prefixed with "PO" (e.g., '''PO047430''').

The invoice should be saved as a PDF, with a filename that includes your own name.
